Can I use any pressure cooker to make these WW Instant Pot Recipes?

Yes! You can definitely use any kind of electric pressure cooker to make these Weight Watchers Instant Pot recipes. I will say that sometimes the wattage and cook time can differ so make sure you allow a little bit of time for that if you are using a different kind of pressure cooker.

I’ve only used and tested these recipes with my Instant Pot so I don’t have any specific information as to how they’ll perform in another type of electric pressure cooker.

All of the recipes on this page are for Weight Watchers. Most of them have already been updated to include all three color plans as well. For those of you who don’t know yet, WW updated their Freestyle plan to include three different colors / styles. Green, Blue, and Purple.

The blue plan is the old Freestyle program that most of us have been using for quite a while. The purple plan is more flexible and the green plan is a little more rigid than the blue. So it’s a kind of scale based on how much structure you need in your life and your plan.

Can I meal plan with these Instant Pot Weight Watchers Recipes?

You can absolutely use these Instant Pot Weight Watchers recipes to meal plan. I actually have two Freestyle meal plans for Weight Watchers already set up. These were designed for the blue plan but they could be adapted to work with any of the programs.
